- பிரிந்து செல்ல நினைக்கும் தலைவனிடம் தலைவி பேசுகிறாள்: "நீ என்னைவிட்டுப் போகமாட்டாய் என்றால் அதை மட்டும் என்னிடம் சொல். விரைவில் திரும்பி வருவேன் என்ற செய்தியை, நீ வரும்வரை உயிரோடு இருப்பவர்களிடம் சொல்லிக்கொள்." 'வல்வரவு' என்பது விரைந்து திரும்பி வருதல். நீ பிரிந்தால் அந்தக் குறுகிய காலம்கூட நான் உயிர் தாங்கமாட்டேன் என்பதையே அவள் நேரடியாகச் சொல்லாமல் உணர்த்துகிறாள்.
