- என் கணவரை என் கண்கள் நிறைவடையும் வரை பார்க்க வேண்டும். அப்படிப் பார்த்த பின்பு, பிரிவால் என் மென்மையான தோள்களில் படர்ந்த வெளிர்நிறம் தானாகவே நீங்கிவிடும் என்று தலைவி ஏங்குகிறாள். 'கொண்கன்' என்பது கணவனையும், 'பசப்பு' என்பது பிரிவுத் துயரால் உடலில் தோன்றும் வெளிறலையும் குறிக்கின்றன. அன்பரைக் காண்பதே பிரிவு நோய்க்கு மருந்து என்பது கருத்து.
