- போர்ப் பணிக்காகப் பிரிந்திருக்கும் தலைவன் இவ்வாறு விரும்புகிறான்: அரசன் போரில் ஈடுபட்டு விரைவில் வெற்றி பெறட்டும்; அதன் பின் நான் வீடு திரும்பி, என் மனைவியோடு சேர்ந்து இன்று மாலையே விருந்துபோல் மகிழ்ந்திருப்பேன். கடமை முடிந்ததும் அன்புக்குரியவரிடம் விரைந்து செல்ல வேண்டும் என்ற அவன் ஏக்கம் இங்கு வெளிப்படுகிறது.
