- ஒருவன் செல்வத்தாலும் புகழாலும் எவ்வளவு பெரியவனாக இருந்தாலும் அதனால் என்ன பயன்? மிகச் சிறிய தினை அளவுகூடத் தன் செயலின் தீமையை எண்ணிப் பார்க்காமல் பிறன் மனைவியை நாடிச் செல்வானானால், அவனுடைய பெருமை அனைத்தும் பயனற்றுப் போகும். உயர்ந்த நிலையில் இருப்பவரும் ஒழுக்கம் தவறினால் அந்த உயர்வு அவரைக் காப்பாற்றாது.
