- துன்பங்கள் தன்னை வந்து வருத்துவதை விரும்பாதவன், பிறருக்குத் தீங்கு தரும் எதையும் செய்யக்கூடாது. 'அடல்' என்பது வருத்துதல், அழித்தல். பிறருக்குச் செய்த தீமையே துன்பமாகத் திரும்பி நம்மை வந்தடையும். ஆகவே நாம் பிறரிடமிருந்து எதிர்பார்க்கும் நல்ல நடத்தையையே நாமும் பிறருக்குக் காட்ட வேண்டும்.
