- ஒருவர் விடாமுயற்சியோடு உழைத்துச் சேர்த்த செல்வம் முழுவதும், தகுதியுடையவர்களுக்கு உதவி செய்வதற்காகவே இருக்கிறது. 'தாள்' என்பது முயற்சி; 'வேளாண்மை' என்பது இங்கே பிறருக்குச் செய்யும் உதவியைக் குறிக்கிறது. உழைத்துச் சம்பாதிக்கும் பணம் நம் தேவைக்கு மட்டுமின்றி, உதவி தேவைப்படுவோருக்குப் பயன்படும்போதுதான் அதன் நோக்கம் நிறைவடைகிறது.
