- குன்றிமணி வெளியே பளபளக்கும் சிவப்பு நிறத்தில் அழகாக இருக்கும்; ஆனால் அதன் நுனியில் கருமையான புள்ளி இருக்கும். அதுபோல, வெளித்தோற்றத்தில் குன்றிமணியின் சிவப்பைப் போல நல்லவராகத் தோன்றினாலும், உள்ளத்தில் அதன் மூக்குப் பகுதியைப் போலக் கருமை நிறைந்த தீயவர்களும் உலகில் உண்டு. தோற்றத்தைக் கண்டு மட்டும் ஒருவரை மதிப்பிடக்கூடாது.
