- மனத்தோடு ஒன்றி உண்மை பேசுபவன், தவம் செய்பவர்களையும் தானம் எனப்படும் கொடை வழங்குபவர்களையும் விட மேலானவன். 'மனத்தொடு' என்பது உள்ளத்தில் ஒன்றும் வாயில் வேறொன்றும் இல்லாமல், நினைப்பதையே உண்மையாகப் பேசுவதைக் குறிக்கிறது. 'தலை' என்றால் முதன்மையானவன் என்று பொருள்.
