- யாராக இருந்தாலும், எவர் மீதும் கோபத்தை மனத்தில் வைத்திருக்காமல் மறந்துவிட வேண்டும். ஏனெனில் பலவகையான தீய விளைவுகள் அந்தச் சினத்திலிருந்தே பிறக்கின்றன. ஒருவர் நமக்குத் தீங்கு செய்தாலும் அதையே நினைத்துக் குமுறிக்கொண்டிருக்காமல் விட்டுவிடுவது மனத்துக்கு அமைதி தரும்.
