- நல்ல வழி என்று சொல்லப்படுவது எது என்று கேட்டால், எந்த ஓர் உயிரையும் கொல்லாமல் இருப்பதைப் பற்றியே எண்ணி நடக்கும் நெறிதான். 'சூழும்' என்பது ஆராய்ந்து கருதுதல் என்று பொருள்படும். சிறிய உயிரானாலும் பெரிய உயிரானாலும் தன் செயலால் எதுவும் அழிந்துவிடக்கூடாது என்று கவனத்துடன் வாழ்வதே நல்வாழ்க்கையின் பாதை.
