வேண்டுதல் வேண்டாமை இலானடி சேர்ந்தார்க்கு

Yaantum Itumpai Ila

- இறைவனுக்கு ஒன்றின் மீது விருப்பமும் இல்லை; ஒன்றின் மீது வெறுப்பும் இல்லை. அத்தகைய சமநிலை கொண்ட இறைவனின் திருவடிகளைச் சேர்ந்தவர்களுக்கு எந்தக் காலத்திலும் துன்பம் உண்டாகாது. 'இடும்பை' என்றால் துன்பம்; 'யாண்டும்' என்றால் எப்போதும் என்று பொருள். விருப்பு வெறுப்புகளைக் குறைத்துக்கொள்ளும் மனம் அமைதியோடு இருக்கும் என்பதையும் இது நமக்கு நினைவூட்டுகிறது.
