- ஒருவர் நூல்களைக் கற்கும் வாய்ப்பு பெறாதவராக இருந்தாலும், அறிவுடையோர் சொல்வதைக் கேட்க வேண்டும். அப்படிக் கேட்டுப் பெற்ற அறிவு, அவர் தளர்ந்து வருந்தும் காலத்தில் ஊன்றிக்கொள்ளும் கோல் போல அவரைத் தாங்கும் துணையாக இருக்கும். 'ஒற்கம்' என்பது தளர்ச்சியையும் துன்பத்தையும் குறிக்கிறது. படிப்பு இல்லாதவருக்கும் கேட்டல் வழியாக அறிவு பெறும் வழி திறந்தே இருக்கிறது.
