ஆற்றின் ஒழுக்கி அறனிழுக்கா இல்வாழ்க்கை

- பிறரையும் நல்வழியில் செல்லச் செய்து, தானும் அறத்திலிருந்து வழுவாமல் நடக்கும் இல்வாழ்க்கை, நோன்பு இருந்து தவம் செய்பவர்களின் தாங்கும் வலிமையை விட மிகுந்த வலிமை உடையது. 'நோற்பார்' என்பவர் தவம் செய்வோர். இல்லறத்தின் பல சுமைகளுக்கு இடையே நெறி தவறாமல் வாழ்வது தவத்தை விடக் கடினமானது என்பது கருத்து.
