- ஒரு செயலில் உள்ள நன்மையையும் தீமையையும் கவனமாக ஆராய்ந்து, அவற்றுள் நன்மையையே விரும்பிச் செய்யும் இயல்பு கொண்டவனையே பணியில் அமர்த்த வேண்டும். 'ஆளப்படும்' என்பது வேலைக்கு அமர்த்தப்படுவான் என்று பொருள்படும். இன்றும் ஒருவரைப் பணிக்குத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கும்போது, நல்லது கெட்டது பிரித்தறிந்து நல்வழியில் நடப்பவரா என்று பார்ப்பது பயன் தரும்.
