- முதலில் செயலைச் செய்யப்போகிறவனின் தகுதியை ஆராய வேண்டும்; அடுத்துச் செய்ய வேண்டிய செயலின் தன்மையை ஆராய வேண்டும்; பின்னர் அதற்குப் பொருந்திய காலத்தையும் நன்கு உணர்ந்து, அதன் பிறகே செயலில் இறங்க வேண்டும். ஆள், வேலை, நேரம் ஆகிய மூன்றும் பொருந்தும்போதுதான் எந்த முயற்சியும் வெற்றி பெறும்.
