- சோம்பலில் மூழ்கி, சிறந்த முயற்சி எதையும் மேற்கொள்ளாதவர்களின் குடி தாழ்ந்து அழியும்; அவர்களிடம் குற்றங்களும் பெருகிக்கொண்டே போகும். 'உஞற்று' என்பது முயற்சி; 'மாண்ட' என்பது மேன்மையான. செய்ய வேண்டிய நல்ல செயல்களைச் செய்யாமல் விடும்போது, குறைகள் தாமாகவே வந்து சேர்கின்றன.
