- சோம்பலையே விரும்பி, மேன்மையான முயற்சி எதையும் செய்யாதவர்கள், பிறர் கடிந்து பேசும் சொற்களையும் இகழ்ந்து நகைக்கும் சொற்களையும் கேட்க நேரிடும். 'இடி' என்பது கடுமையான கண்டனம்; 'எள்ளுதல்' என்பது ஏளனம் செய்தல். உழைக்காதவர் மதிப்பை இழந்து, சுற்றியுள்ளவர்களின் பழிச்சொல்லுக்கு ஆளாவார்.
