- தேடி அலையாமலேயே இயற்கையாக வளம் தரும் நாடுகளையே சிறந்த நாடுகள் என்பர். மிகுந்த முயற்சி செய்து தேடினால் மட்டுமே வளம் தரும் நிலங்கள் உண்மையான நாடுகள் ஆகா. 'நாடா வளம்' என்பது தேடாமல் தானாகக் கிடைக்கும் செல்வத்தைக் குறிக்கிறது; இயற்கை வளம் நிறைந்த நிலமே நாட்டுக்கு அடிப்படை.
