- வெல்லும் திறமை இருந்தாலும் சூதாட்டத்தை விரும்பக் கூடாது. சூதில் கிடைக்கும் வெற்றி, தூண்டிலின் இரும்பு முள்ளைச் சுற்றியுள்ள இரையை ஆசையோடு விழுங்கும் மீனின் நிலையைப் போன்றது. இங்கே பொன் என்பது இரும்பைக் குறிக்கிறது. இரை இனிப்பது போலத் தோன்றினாலும் முள் அதன் உயிரைப் பறிக்கும். அதுபோலச் சூதில் கிடைக்கும் சிறிய வெற்றி பின்னர் பெரிய அழிவுக்கு வழிவகுக்கும்.
