- முன்பு உண்ட உணவு நன்றாகச் செரித்துவிட்டதா என்று கவனித்து அறிந்த பின்பே அடுத்த வேளை உண்பவனுக்கு, உடலுக்கென்று தனியாக மருந்து எதுவும் தேவையில்லை. 'அற்றது' என்பது செரித்து முடிந்த உணவைக் குறிக்கிறது. நேரம் வந்துவிட்டது என்பதற்காக மட்டும் உண்ணாமல், வயிறு காலியான பின் உண்பதே நோயைத் தடுக்கும் சிறந்த வழி.
