How to solve an emoji math puzzle
The first line has three of the same emoji, so divide by three to get its value. Use that in the second line to find the next emoji, and the second in the third. Then work out the last line — and remember to multiply before you add.
Hard puzzles hide a trap: count the items in each tile. A bunch of three bananas in the clues may be a bunch of two in the question.
Each puzzle has a short code (like M2-K3X9Q) in its link, so the person you send it to sees exactly the same puzzle.

Why do people get emoji math puzzles wrong?
Two tricks: multiplication comes before addition (so 2 + 3 × 4 is 14, not 20), and in hard puzzles the last line often has a different number of items than the clues — two bananas instead of three. Look closely!
