Kayadu Lohar

Kayadu Lohar, born on April 11, 2000, in Tezpur, Assam, grew up in Pune after her family relocated. A commerce graduate (B.Com.), she first gained public attention by winning the Times of India’s Everyuth Fresh Face Season 12 beauty pageant. Kayadu made her acting debut in 2021 with the Kannada film Mugilpete as Apoorva, followed by roles in the Malayalam historical drama Pathonpatham Noottandu (2022), Telugu’s Alluri, and Marathi’s I Prem U (2023). Her Tamil debut came in 2025 with the blockbuster Dragon, where she portrayed Pallavi Parasuram opposite Pradeep Ranganathan. The film’s success earned her critical acclaim and widespread recognition across South Indian cinema. Kayadu is now in high demand, with upcoming Tamil films like Idhayam Murali alongside Atharvaa, as well as projects with stars like Silambarasan TR (STR 49) and G.V. Prakash (Immortal).
