Vaiyapuri

Vaiyapuri, born on November 23, 1968, in Tamil Nadu, is a veteran Tamil film actor and comedian who has appeared in over 300 films. He is known for his consistent comedy performances and has been a reliable supporting actor in Tamil cinema for over three decades.

Vaiyapuri made his acting debut with “Nadigan” (1990) starring Sathyaraj and has since appeared in hundreds of Tamil and Telugu films. He gained recognition for his comedy roles in popular films and has worked alongside virtually every major Tamil star of his generation.

His notable film appearances include “Kadhal Kottai” (1996), “Kadhalukku Mariyadhai” (1997), “Ninaithen Vandhai” (1989), “Vetri Kodi Kattu” (2000), and numerous other commercially successful films. Vaiyapuri is known for his natural comedy style and his ability to complement the lead actors’ comedy tracks effectively. He often plays everyday characters like shopkeepers, neighbours, or comic sidekicks, bringing warmth and humour to his portrayals.
