Prabhu, a passionate young chef in his early twenties, is unable to move on from his breakup with Nila, even a year later. Concerned about him, his parents arrange a potential match, leading him to reconnect with his childhood friend Preethi. As they spend time together, Prabhu opens up about his past relationship with Nila.

Meanwhile, Prabhu and his best friend Rajesh, both chefs, along with their friend Ravi—who has been in a long-term relationship with Shriya—organize an anniversary celebration. While catering the event, Prabhu unexpectedly meets Nila, who happens to be Shriya’s best friend. Their feelings for each other rekindle, and eventually, Prabhu’s parents approve of their relationship. However, Nila’s father is hesitant to accept it.

During a hospital visit, Prabhu discovers that Nila’s father is suffering from stage 4 lung cancer and has only a few months to live—something Nila does not know. Wanting her to cherish her remaining time with her father, Prabhu distances himself from her without explanation. Hurt and confused, Nila confronts him, but he refuses to reveal the truth, leading to their separation. Before passing away, her father arranges her marriage to Arvind, a man who initially disliked the idea of marriage but changes his mind after meeting Nila.

In the present, Prabhu receives an invitation to Nila’s wedding. Encouraged by Preethi, he decides to attend the ceremony in Goa. There, he and Rajesh meet Anjali, the wedding planner, who begins to develop feelings for Prabhu. At the same time, it is revealed that Rajesh has secretly been in love with Shriya but never confessed because of her relationship with Ravi.

As events unfold, Anjali learns the truth behind Prabhu’s actions and reveals it to Nila and Shriya. Shriya, deeply moved, shares that Nila’s father had actually approved of Prabhu before his death. Realizing this, Nila admits she cannot go through with the wedding. Arvind, understanding her feelings, encourages her to follow her heart and pursue Prabhu instead, choosing to remain friends.

Despite everything, Prabhu decides to move on and chooses to marry Preethi. The story ends with their destination wedding, attended by Ravi, Shriya, and Rajesh.
