Project One

Project One is a 2024 Tamil comedy directed by Sayuj, starring Dharsha Gupta and Kshitij Thomas. Released on September 28, 2024, the film notably features music by A.R. Rahman, one of India’s most celebrated composers and an Academy Award winner. Rahman’s involvement in a smaller-scale comedy is unusual and lends significant musical credibility to the project.

Director Sayuj also handles editing, reflecting the indie filmmaking approach common among emerging Tamil filmmakers. Dharsha Gupta, who gained popularity through television and social media, brings her following to this comedy venture.
