Thakavi

Pattalathur is a village where each house has someone serving in Defence, thanks to a training center run by retired military personnel. A girl and four boys in 8th Standard wish to join, but since NCC is unavailable for girlsSurrounded by hills and militants, the boys often criticize her. When militants plan an attack, she bravely stops them alone and earns the President’s Award for Courage.
