- தெளிந்த நீரைப் போல நீர்த்துப்போன கஞ்சியாக இருந்தாலும், அது தன் சொந்த உழைப்பால் கிடைத்தது என்றால், அதை உண்பதைவிட இனிமையானது எதுவும் இல்லை. உணவின் சுவை அதன் பொருளில் இல்லை; அதைத் தேடிய உழைப்பில்தான் உள்ளது. பிறர் தரும் விருந்தைவிடத் தானே சம்பாதித்த எளிய உணவே மனநிறைவு தரும்.
