- விளக்கம்
- தமக்கு வந்த துன்பத்தைப் போக்கியவர்களின் நட்பை, நல்லோர் ஏழு பிறவிகளிலும் நினைத்துப் போற்றுவர். 'விழுமம்' என்றால் துன்பம்; 'துடைத்தல்' என்றால் கண்ணீரைத் துடைப்பது போல நீக்குதல். ஏழு பிறவிகள் என்பது மிக நீண்ட காலம், அதாவது என்றென்றும் என்பதைக் குறிக்கிறது. துயரத்தில் கை கொடுத்தவரை ஒருநாளும் மறக்கக் கூடாது என்பதே கருத்து.
