- மதம் பிடித்த யானையின் கண்களை மறைக்க அதன் முகத்தின் மேல் ஒரு துணியை இடுவார்கள்; அதற்குக் 'கட்படாம்' என்று பெயர். அதுபோலவே இந்தப் பெண்ணின் சாயாத, உறுதியான மார்பகங்களை மூடியிருக்கும் ஆடையும் உள்ளது என்கிறான் தலைவன். அந்த ஆடை இல்லையென்றால் அவற்றின் அழகு பார்ப்பவரை அழிக்கும் வலிமை உடையது என்பது கருத்து.
