- அடக்கத்தை ஒருவன் தன் மிகப் பெரிய செல்வமாகக் கருதி விழிப்புடன் காத்துக்கொள்ள வேண்டும். ஏனெனில் உயிர்க்கு அதைவிட மேலான ஆக்கம், அதாவது நன்மையும் வளர்ச்சியும் தருவது, வேறு எதுவும் இல்லை. பணத்தைப் பாதுகாப்பதுபோல் நம் பொறுமையையும் கட்டுப்பாட்டையும் இழக்காமல் காப்பதே வாழ்வில் உண்மையான உயர்வுக்கு வழி.
