- விளக்கம்
- 'விசும்பு' என்பது வானம். வானிலிருந்து மழைத்துளி விழுந்தால் அன்றி, பசும்புல்லின் நுனி கூட மண்ணிலிருந்து தலைகாட்டுவது அரிது. பெரிய பயிர்கள் மட்டுமல்ல, மிகச் சிறிய புல் கூட மழை இன்றி முளைக்காது என்று கூறி, மழையின் இன்றியமையாமையை வள்ளுவர் வலியுறுத்துகிறார்.
