- உணவின்றிப் பசியைப் பொறுத்துக்கொள்வதே தவம் செய்பவர்களின் வலிமை. ஆனால் அந்த வலிமை, பிறருடைய பசியைப் போக்குபவர்களின் வலிமைக்கு அடுத்த இடத்தையே பெறும். தானே பசி தாங்குவதைவிட, பசித்தவருக்கு உணவளிப்பது பெரிய ஆற்றல் என்பது கருத்து.
