- திருடுகிறவர்களை அவர்களுடைய உடலும் உயிரும் கூடக் கைவிட்டுவிடும்; திருடாதவர்களுக்கோ தேவர்களின் உலகமும் தவறாமல் கிடைக்கும். 'புத்தேள் உலகு' என்பது தேவர் உலகம், அதாவது மிக உயர்ந்த நிலை. திருட்டு இந்த வாழ்க்கையையே கெடுத்துவிடும்; நேர்மையோ உயர்ந்த பேற்றைத் தேடித் தரும் என்பது கருத்து.
