- இணர் எரி என்பது கொத்துக் கொத்தாகப் பற்றி எரியும் தீப்பிழம்பு. அதில் மூழ்கியது போன்ற கடுந்துன்பத்தை ஒருவர் நமக்குச் செய்தாலும், இயன்றவரை அவர் மீது கோபம் கொள்ளாமல் இருப்பதே நல்லது. கடுமையான தீங்கு நேர்ந்தபோதும் பொறுமையை இழக்காமல் இருப்பதே பெரிய மனவலிமை.
