- ஒருவன் தன் மனத்தில் சினத்தை ஒருபோதும் இடம்கொடுத்து நினைக்காமல் இருந்தால், அவன் எண்ணிய நன்மைகள் எல்லாம் உடனே அவனை வந்தடையும். கோபம் இல்லாத தெளிந்த மனம் சரியாகச் சிந்திக்கவும், எடுத்த செயலைத் தடையின்றி முடிக்கவும் உதவும்.
