- ஆசை, சினம், அறியாமையால் வரும் மயக்கம் ஆகிய மூன்றும் பெயர்கூட இல்லாமல் முற்றிலும் அழிந்தால், அவற்றால் வரும் துன்பங்களும் தாமாகவே அழிந்துவிடும். நம் வாழ்வின் பெரும்பாலான கவலைகளும் சிக்கல்களும் இந்த மூன்றிலிருந்தே தோன்றுகின்றன; அவற்றை வெல்வதே அமைதிக்கான வழி.
