இன்பம் இடையறா தீண்டும் அவாவென்னும்

- விளக்கம்
- துன்பங்கள் எல்லாவற்றிலும் பெரிய துன்பம் அவாவே. அந்த அவா அழிந்துவிட்டால், இவ்வுலகில் வாழும்போதே இன்பம் இடைவிடாமல் நிலைத்திருக்கும். 'ஈண்டும்' என்றால் இங்கேயும், அதாவது இந்தப் பிறவியிலேயே. மகிழ்ச்சியைத் தேடி வெளியே ஓடுவதை விட, உள்ளே இருக்கும் அவாவை நீக்குவதே அமைதிக்கு வழி.
