- வந்துவிட்ட துன்பத்தைப் போக்கவும், இன்னும் வராத துன்பத்தை முன்பே உணர்ந்து வராமல் தடுக்கவும் வல்ல தகுதி உடையவர்களே "பெற்றியார்". அத்தகையவர்களுக்கு உரிய மதிப்பும் தேவையானவையும் தந்து, மன்னன் அவர்களைப் போற்றித் தன்னோடு வைத்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும். குடும்பத்திலும் பணியிடத்திலும் இப்படி முன்னறிவு உள்ளவர்களின் துணை பெரிய காவலாக அமையும்.
