- விளக்கம்
- தன்னிடம் உள்ள பொருளின் அளவை அறிந்து, அதற்கு ஏற்ற முறையில் பிறருக்குக் கொடுக்க வேண்டும். அதுவே செல்வத்தைக் காத்துக்கொண்டே வழங்கும் சரியான வழி. 'ஆற்றின்' என்பது முறைப்படி என்ற பொருளில் வருகிறது; 'போற்றுதல்' என்றால் பாதுகாத்தல். கொடுப்பது நல்லதுதான்; ஆனால் தன் நிலையை மறந்து கொடுத்தால் பின்னர் கொடுப்பதற்கே எதுவும் இல்லாமல் போகும்.
