- விளக்கம்
- எவரையும் ஆராயாமல் நம்பக் கூடாது. நன்கு ஆராய்ந்து தேர்ந்தெடுத்த பின்பு, அவரை எந்தச் செயல்களில் நம்பலாம் என்று அறிந்து, அவற்றில் ஐயமின்றி நம்ப வேண்டும். அதாவது, ஆராய்ச்சி முடிந்த பின் ஒவ்வொருவரையும் அவரவர் தகுதிக்கு ஏற்ற பணியில் முழு மனதோடு அமர்த்த வேண்டும்.
