- 'வாரி' என்பது செல்வம் வந்து சேரும் வழிகளைக் குறிக்கும். வருவாய்க்கான வழிகளைப் பெருக்கி, செல்வத்தை வளரச் செய்து, இடையில் எழும் இடையூறுகளை ஆராய்ந்து சரிசெய்யத் தெரிந்தவனே அரசனின் பணியைச் செய்யத் தகுந்தவன். ஒரு நிறுவனத்திலும் வருவாயைக் கூட்டி, சிக்கல்களை முன்னரே கண்டு தீர்ப்பவரே நல்ல பொறுப்பாளர்.
