- 'இந்தச் செயலை, இந்த வழிமுறையால், இவன் செய்து முடிப்பான்' என்று நன்கு ஆராய்ந்து தெளிந்த பின், அந்தச் செயலை முழுமையாக அவனிடமே விட்டுவிட வேண்டும். ஒப்படைத்த பிறகு ஒவ்வொரு படியிலும் குறுக்கிடத் தேவையில்லை. சரியான ஆளைத் தேர்ந்தெடுத்து அவனை நம்பிச் செயல்பட விடுவதே நல்ல தலைமையின் அடையாளம்.
