- அந்தணர் எனப்படும் அறவழி நிற்கும் சான்றோர் போற்றும் நூல்களுக்கும், அந்த நூல்கள் கூறும் அறத்திற்கும் அடிப்படையாக நிற்பது அரசனின் செங்கோலே. நேர்மையான ஆட்சி இருந்தால்தான் கல்வியும் அறமும் தடையின்றி நிலைத்து வளரும். நாட்டில் ஒழுங்கும் அமைதியும் இருந்தால்தான் நல்ல அறிவும் நல்ல வாழ்வும் தழைக்கும் என்பது இதன் கருத்து.
