- அரசன் உலகம் முழுவதையும் காக்கிறான். அவன் தவறாமல் முறைப்படி நீதி செய்தால், அந்த நீதியே அவனைக் காக்கும். நேர்மையாக நடப்பவருக்கு அவருடைய நேர்மையே பெரிய பாதுகாப்பாக அமையும்.
