- கல்வி அறிவு இல்லாதவர்களைத் தனக்குத் துணையாகச் சேர்த்துக்கொண்டு நடக்கும் கொடுங்கோல் ஆட்சியை விட, இந்த உலகம் தாங்கும் பெரிய சுமை வேறு எதுவும் இல்லை. கொடுமையும் அறியாமையும் சேர்ந்தால் மக்களுக்கு அளவில்லாத துன்பம் உண்டாகும் என்பது கருத்து. ஆள்பவர் அறிவுடையோரையே அருகில் வைத்துக்கொள்ள வேண்டும்.
