- விளக்கம்
- "இலக்கம்" என்றால் குறி. உடம்பு என்பதே துன்பங்கள் வந்து தாக்கும் குறியாக இருக்கிறது என்று உணர்ந்த மேலோர், துன்பம் வரும்போது உண்டாகும் மனக் கலக்கத்தைத் தாங்க முடியாத துயரமாக எடுத்துக்கொள்ள மாட்டார்கள். "கையாறு" என்பது செயலற்றுப் போகும் வருத்தம். உடல் உள்ளவரை நோயும் வலியும் வருவது இயல்பு என்று ஏற்பவர் எளிதில் உடைந்து போவதில்லை.
