- தூது செல்பவனுக்குத் தேவையான பண்புகள் மூன்று. தன் சுற்றத்தாரிடமும் நாட்டு மக்களிடமும் அன்பு கொண்டிருத்தல், நல்ல பண்புகளுக்குப் பெயர்பெற்ற குடும்பத்தில் பிறந்திருத்தல், அரசர்கள் விரும்பிப் போற்றும் நல்லியல்புகளைப் பெற்றிருத்தல் ஆகியவையே அவை. இன்றும் ஒரு அமைப்பின் சார்பில் பேசச் செல்பவர் அன்பும் நன்னடத்தையும் கொண்டவராக இருந்தால்தான் மற்றவரின் மதிப்பைப் பெற முடியும்.
