- தூது உரைப்பவருக்கு இல்லாமல் இருக்கவே முடியாத மூன்று இயல்புகள் உண்டு. தம்மை அனுப்பிய அரசனிடம் உண்மையான அன்பு, மேற்கொண்ட பணியைப் பற்றிய தெளிந்த அறிவு, நன்கு ஆராய்ந்து பேசும் சொல்வன்மை ஆகியவையே அவை. 'இன்றியமையாத' என்றால் இவை இல்லாமல் தூது நிறைவேறாது என்பது பொருள்.
