- அரசருக்குப் பயனுள்ள, நன்மை தரும் செய்திகளையே சொல்ல வேண்டும். பயனற்ற, தீமை விளைக்கும் செயல்களைப் பற்றி அவரே விரும்பிக் கேட்டாலும் எப்போதும் சொல்லாமல் விட்டுவிட வேண்டும். தலைவரை மகிழ்விப்பதற்காகத் தவறான வழியைக் காட்டுவது பணியாளரின் கடமை அல்ல.
