- அவையின் தன்மையை அறியாமல் பேசத் தொடங்குபவர்கள், சொற்களை எப்படி அமைப்பது என்ற முறையையும் அறியாதவர்கள்; அவர்களிடம் பேசும் திறமையும் இல்லை என்றே கொள்ளப்படும். 'வல்லதூஉம் இல்' என்பது, அவர்கள் கற்றிருந்தாலும் அந்தத் திறமை அங்கே பயனற்றுப் போகும் என்பதைக் குறிக்கிறது. கேட்பவரை அறியாமல் பேசுவது, தெரிந்ததையும் வீணாக்கிவிடும்.
